AI Usage and Editing Disclosure

This policy explains how Sinew Media uses artificial intelligence tools during production, post-processing, and client delivery. Our goal is to remain transparent, ethical, and aligned with industry standards, while delivering efficient, high-quality work.

1. Purpose of AI Tools

Sinew Media may use AI technologies to assist with:

• File organization and culling

• Color correction, retouching, and enhancement

• Exposure balancing and noise reduction

• Asset tagging and delivery automation

• Workflow scheduling and gallery management

• Client communication and administration

AI enhances efficiency and supports consistent quality. Creative direction and final decisions remain human-led.

2. No Synthetic Real Estate Content

Sinew Media does not use AI to fabricate or misrepresent the physical condition of properties.

We do not create:

• AI-generated rooms or architecture

• Virtual staging without client approval

• Artificial renovations or modified property features

• Misleading changes that materially alter a space

Minor cleanup (dust, cords, smudges) may be performed as part of standard editing. Requests to materially change a property must be disclosed and approved.

3. Realism and Integrity

Our intent is always to represent a space accurately and truthfully.
We will decline requests that violate fair marketing, MLS, or legal standards.

We promote ethical visual representation in real estate and commercial media.

4. Privacy and Client Data

AI tools that process images or data are selected based on security and privacy standards. Client content is not shared or trained into public AI models.

We do not upload client assets to unapproved platforms for training purposes.

5. Client Requests for AI Editing

We may offer optional AI-assisted services such as:

• Virtual staging

• Pet or object removal

• Sky replacement

• Lawn enhancement

• Day-to-dusk renders

These services are clearly labeled, quoted separately, and executed responsibly.

6. Ownership and Licensing

Media created through workflows that include AI remains the property of Sinew Media and is governed by our Licensing Policy.

Client usage rights are identical to standard media rights unless otherwise noted.
