Refunds

This policy outlines how payments, refunds, and billing matters are handled for Sinew Media services.

By scheduling a project or placing a booking, you agree to the terms below.

1. Payment Requirements

Payment terms depend on project type:

Real estate and property marketing

• Payment due at time of booking or on delivery, depending on account setup

• Payment must be completed before final files are released

Commercial, editorial, and multi-day productions

• Deposit required to secure dates

• Remaining balance due before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing

We accept common digital payment methods. Cash transactions are not encouraged.

2. Deposits

Deposits secure time, planning, and production resources.
They are non-refundable once pre-production or scheduling begins.

3. Late Payments

Invoices not paid by their due date may incur:

• Late fees

• Suspension of account access or delivery portals

• Withholding of final files until payment is resolved

Continued late payments may result in cancellation of future bookings.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued for completed services or delivered media.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• A booking is cancelled within the allowed notice period (see Cancellation Policy)

• The project has not begun and no resources have been committed

If a project is cancelled after production begins, the client remains responsible for work completed to date.

5. Partial Deliveries and Client Delays

If a project stalls due to client-side delays (assets, access, approvals), billing continues according to the contract schedule.

Partial refunds are not issued when a client delays or does not complete a project.

6. Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply for:

• Rush delivery

• Extended on-site time

• Re-edits beyond agreed revisions

• Reshoots outside the original scope

• Travel, parking, permits, and specialty rentals

Any additional charges will be communicated before billing.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Chargebacks or attempted payment reversals without valid grounds are treated as breach of agreement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of owed funds, fees, and legal costs.
