Service Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Sinew Media. These Terms govern your use of our creative and production services. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Provided

Sinew Media provides real estate photography, videography, creative direction, and related production services. Any additional services must be confirmed in writing before the project begins.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Projects are scheduled on a first confirmed, first served basis. A booking is confirmed only after a signed agreement and deposit or payment authorization.

We reserve the right to adjust scheduling due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly if rescheduling is required.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate project details and access information

• Ensure the property or location is clean and photo ready

• Secure any property or talent permissions required

• Communicate special requests before the shoot

If a space is not ready upon arrival, additional fees or rescheduling charges may apply.

4. Turnaround Time

Delivery timelines are discussed during booking and may vary by project type. Standard real estate packages are typically delivered within 24 to 72 hours. Larger editorial or commercial projects may require more time.

Rush delivery may be available for an added fee.

5. Revisions

Revisions are limited to corrections or adjustments within the project scope. Additional edits, retouching, or reworks outside the original brief may incur an additional charge.

6. Payment & Fees

Payment terms will be provided in your invoice or booking agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Travel fees, parking costs, or permit fees (if applicable) will be billed to the client.

7. Usage & Licensing

Delivered media is licensed for real estate marketing use only, including property listings, MLS, agent promotion, and related online platforms.

Extended usage rights, such as long term commercial use, developer campaigns, billboards, or third party brand marketing, require a separate agreement and fee.

Sinew Media retains ownership and copyright to all media unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide notice within the timeframe outlined in our Booking Policy.

Failure to provide notice may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposit.

9. Property Access & Safety

If access is not available at the scheduled time, or if the environment is unsafe, the shoot may be cancelled or rescheduled at the client's cost.

Our team reserves the right to refuse unsafe working conditions.

10. Data & Delivery

Digital files will be delivered through our secure platforms. Clients are responsible for backing up all files after delivery. Sinew Media may archive files temporarily but does not guarantee long term storage unless stated.

11. Privacy

Client information is stored securely and used only to provide services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sinew Media is not responsible for property conditions, client preparation, delays caused by third parties, or losses related to the use of delivered media.

Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid to us for the project.

13. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services confirms acceptance of any changes.
