1. Agreement to Terms

2. Service Provision
Sinew provides real estate visual marketing services, including but not limited to photography, cinematography, drone operations, and 3D virtual tours. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All visual content produced by Sinew remains the intellectual property of Sinew Media Inc. unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for marketing the specific property for which the services were commissioned.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sinew or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Sinew's website.
